Partial Returns:
- • 24-hour notice is required for all returns, subject to a 25% handling fee.
- • For large format tiles (such as but not limited to 60x120, 80x80, 90x90, 100x100 & 120x120), damage claims may be resolved through account credit, free replacement with next order, Or the customer may be charged for shipping to send replacements. All requests for replacements and related delivery costs will be evaluated based on the specific situation.
Slight Variations:
Please note that minor variations in color, design, or shade are typical for porcelain tiles, and each batch may differ slightly. We cannot accept returns for these natural differences.
Time-Sensitive Claims:
If there are any issues with shortages, incorrect tiles, or damage during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After delivery, the risk of the goods passes to the buyer, and unfortunately, we cannot accept claims once the tiles have been installed.
Special Orders:
Special order tiles or products are non-returnable and cannot be canceled or amended once confirmed and the deposit is paid. Delivery times may vary. Additionally, flooring products, mosaics, and special-order items are not eligible for return.
