Standard deliveries are typically scheduled within 3-4 working days. For remote postcodes, please allow a delivery window of 7-10 working days.

To ensure that all materials arrive on time and align with your expectations, we recommend scheduling your delivery well ahead of your project's start date. This proactive planning helps avoid any last-minute delays and ensures a smooth execution of your project.

Some products may have extended lead times due to specific ordering requirements.

Remote Area Deliveries

Higher delivery charges apply to certain postcodes (GY, HS, IM, IV41-42, IV44-49, IV55-56, JE, KA27-29, KW1-17, PA20-38, PA40+, PH9, PH15-20, PH32-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE). These orders generally arrive within 7-10 working days.

Delivery Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. Any costs incurred due to failed delivery attempts or delays caused by the customer will need to be reimbursed.

Collection

Please give us a call at +44 7884578936 to arrange collections. There is no minimum order quantity for collection.

Important Notes

Deliveries to Ireland are not possible at the moment.

For deliveries to Scotland, please contact our office for specific arrangements and pricing.

Order Completion

An order is deemed complete once it has been delivered to the specified address, handed over to a customer-arranged carrier, or collected by the customer. At this point, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.
